I have been working for this Company for the last 3 to 4 years, as a Sub contractor, This company also has sveral other contractors State Wide. At the beginning they were paying on a Regular basis, Payments became slow, and finally came to a stop Around December. After making several failed attempts to contact them reguarding payment, a memo was issued from Lawns unlimited, stating they would be paying there contractors including myself a monthly payment of 400 dollars, as of Arril 15th 2011. no payment has been recived, in the mean time I have been trying to locate other Contractors, and have maneged to find 3 others who also have not recived any payment, just between the contractors I have maneged to locate the company owes around 45 thousand dollas for work we have all done over the last several months, as far as I know there are a lot more contractors in the state of Florida which could be in the same situation, this could be a small percentage of contractors , as of to date I can't believe the company is still in Buissnes. when they owe thousands of dollars to contractors .
