On May 8, 2007 I rode my motorcycle from home to the college I work for to a dentist appointment. I intentionally parked in a place that had good visibility from all entrances of the parking lot. A woman leaving the offfice backed into the bike repeatedly thinking it was a cement pilon. After hitting it one time you think she would have got out of her car and looked but she didn't. She just kept hitting it. She is insured by State Farm Insurance and they have done little to correct the problem and as of today, 12-20-2007 the bike is actually in worse shape due to pitting and rusting because they refuse to pay for the work that needs to be done to return the bike to its former condition or just call it totaled and pay me for damages. I find this absurd because I did nothing wrong.
