Sad but true our lives as we knew was about to change. Florida licensed bussiness teamlunderman contruction contacted me from bid clerk. They offered a very low bid to build and construct a small sf house on our property. I checked the license on line with dbpr and there were no complaints but there was dbpr had complaints but was not issed in public records. We signed and dated a contract with them on 1/15/09 at the bank witnessed. Curtis lunderman asked for 10% upfront. We complied in everyway with our agreement. They began without a permit and they were violated and issued stop work order it took 6 weeks for them to get one and kenneth l. Forbes of palm beach came and authorized the permit with wakulla county. We had to offer a time extension because this left them 4 weeks to complete our home. After this I began to look again into history and we were given all false information in reguards to the business and the license. They began again and was violated again for unlicensed activity and issued stop work order. We had given them 50k and they soon without notice abandoned our new house job with a very incomplete house with many problems. They had no knowledge nor expirence of home construction and they also were felons. We called mr. Forbes and he said that our house would be completed within state and county rules and regulation which many had been defaulted this far. He also said for us to continue payouts and gave us his home address. We called and others on our behalf tried to find them with no luck. They had scamed us and malious intent to fraud us for as much as possible. We have suffered a large loss of our funds. We planned and sa ved to build a house for years. State dbpr got my complaint and many others began to show in public records. This tragic could have been avoided. They are liable for this loss and the crisis we suffer today. Now we will never get the house as we had planned. They never even followed our arch. Plans without knowledge and no expirence. Criminals licensed to ripoff our consumers in Florida with no justice. I desparately need legal councel and have all documentations and pictures and case orders from the state
