Metro Furniture Complaint

Bought a recliner, sofa, & chair. Had to sign that I understood I could not return the items (stupid of me to do this). Did not notice the 9 staples on the top back of the recliner until son pointed them out to me. These staples were not under the leather to hold it in place, but rather on top of the fabric to attach the pieces where the original stitching had come loose. Talked to store manager & since I had accepted delivery of this $500 stapled recliner, they would do nothing about it. I feel that the salesman took advantage of a guillable. old lady & they should be ashamed.
