Sprint scaming customers after merger with Nextel

Our complain is against Sprint PCS wireless phone service provider..

In September of 2005, I discussed over the phone and signed up for a plan 'Sprint PCS Fair & Flex AMER for FAMILIES ', that included 700 Free any time minutes
$5.00 per 100 minutes for additional minutes
Minutes Are Shared On This Plan $69.99 Minimum Monthly Charge For two phone lines
$10.00 for one additional phone
Nationwide Long Distance Included
Unlimited Night & Weekend Mins. Included
Nights: M-Th 9PM-7AM Wknd: F 9PM-M 7AM Extended for additional $5.00
Unlimited Mobile to Mobile (pcs to Pcs)
No roaming charges.
Unlimited text messages.
Caller ID, Call Waiting
Three-way Calling
Voicemail

For total of $84.99 (69.99+10.00+5.00 ) plus taxes and surcharges.

1)We received our Oct-Nov2005 bill statement in the amount of $234.34 without any changes in the plan and I called the customer service, they apologize and made the adjustment of $117.86 and I paid the remaining balance. They promised to make the changes according to new plan and next statement to reflect them.

2)We received our Nov-Dec 2005 bill statement in the amount of $224.02 without any changes in the plan and I called the customer service, they apologize and made the adjustment of $90.16 and I paid the remaining balance. They promised to make the changes according to new plan and next statement to reflect them.

3)We received our Dec-Jan 2005 bill statement in the amount of $204.23 without any changes in the plan and I called the customer service, they apologize and made the adjustment of $102.50 and I paid the remaining balance. The supervisor Mike Combs promised to make the changes according to new plan and next statement to reflect them.

4)Now we just received our Jan-Feb 2005 bill statement in the amount of $31416 without any changes in the plan and I called the customer service. I talked to Supervisor Heaven Employee ID HUGAT01. This time I asked them and they said that for additional minutes it is $5.00 per 50 additional minutes. They Charged us $.10 per additional minutes and each text message. The over charging of $54.00 due to wrong plan + $126.20 for additional minutes + $22.70 text messaging for a total of $202.90. I asked her to adjust the bill according to the plan and end the contract at the end of this month without penalty. She refused. She said that after merger with Nextel they changed the plan for extra minutes to $5.00/50 minutes. Also the whole plan she explained was completely different than originally and over and over accepted and adjusted accordingly since past four months.

Every time we called, it took 30-45 minutes to adjust the amount.

Now this is completely unfair and total carelessness of the Sprint's way of business to us. Sprint can breach the contract without any penalty but I as a customer can't do the same We are totally helpless because we can't quit them without penalty. We initially signed two year contract in Feb 2004, but every time we changed the plan they extended the contract end date.

Please help us in 1) resolve the Jan-Feb 2005 bill adjustment according the plan. 2) Let us end the contract without any penalty.

We have a same plan except we pay 109.99 for 2100 minutes for 5 lines. We have a same problem. They charge us $15 per phone line for unlimited text messages and $15 for vision. We have been calling ever since. Any luck with you?
