I purchased a 2 yr. contract with Sprint in December 2010, and paid $400.00 for the 2 blackberry phonwa. It stated that I had unlimited phone calls, unlimited messages, and unlimited texts. I live in an area 4 miles west of I-95 and with no tower except for U.S. Cellular. The only way I could talk on the phone I had to stand in the highway and ask "Can You Hear Me Now".
or I could roam and talk all I wanted to, which was suppose to be unlimited, anywhere I wanted to in any state. I tried them and I received a letter from them in January 2011, telling me to find another carrier and my service would be terminated on Feb.15. I called them and they said to disregard the letter. Well Feb. 15 the phone went off. I called and they said it would be better to find myself another carrier because I roamed all the time, I said well you said my calls, messages, and texts were unlimited, they said we(Sprint) pays U.S. Cellular for you roaming on their tower, and every time I talked on my phone at home I was roaming. They said they pay US Celluar more that I was paying them for my monthly bill. Well whose fault do you think it is? Also they charged me with the $400.00 disconnect fee, and for all the roaming I did until the service was completely off. Which has made my credit bad for any phone company.
