I purchased a sprint cell phone for my sons birthday he was visiting me the phone did not come in I paid for the phone he returned home they mailed him the phone it was broke he returned the phone they sent him a new one now I am being billed for second phone I have put it in dispute but they closed it and said I had to pay for it and they said it would take 3 to 4 billing cycles to be posted on my account if and when they find the phone. In the mean time they want me to pay it. I have kept my bill current other then the $313.00 But they still say they are going to ture me off. Please help me.
