I received 3 unauthorized charges to my credit card account
from Spirit Airlines. I have been trying to investigate the problem and speak to a representative since Saturday.
I have been calling the only phone # available for Spirit
(1-800-772-7117)morning, noon and night every day.
There is always a busy signal. There is even a busy signal for changing existing reservations. It would be impossible for anyone to even change an existing reservation.
I find this very,very odd as this is not peak season. There cannot be that many calls comming in to Spirit that the phone lines are never free. I'm concerned that Spirit may be in financial difficulty and is not answering calls or cannot pay enough employees to staff the phones.
Please investigate.
