I purchased 6 spirit airline tickets to take my family to disney on October 29th. My daughter in law gave me the wrong date(my son is a teacher in nj and he can only go during the teachers convention which is usually the 1st wk in nov.) I find out a few weeks later she was a week early. I called spirit as soon as I found out. I do not want to cancel the flight only move it to the 5th/nov.(And I want to get a return flight)the 6 tix cost 119.00 Each. They want to charge me $125.00 Per tix for canceling the 29th-thats a $750.00 Charge. They say that is the policy-i should have checked to be sure!Well I didn't-but to charge that much money is wrong!Spirit is not going to lose any thing-all I want is to get new tickets for the correct date!-Can you help!
