The past 3 years have given us...Breast Cancer, Bankruptcy, a Heart Attack, Loss of a baby, and 2 babies that were in Loma Linda hospital for 6 months.
After more than our share of hard times, Bank of America is making it impossible for us to buy a house.

Recission filed by bank June 2009
House empty for 3 years, Bank of America never sold property, STILL have us on title.
Because we are on title, our loan approval to finally buy a house was declined now.
Lawyers, Mortgage company, new potential lender, and all Real Estate agents are STUMPED !!
Nobody can tell us why house was never sold AND more importantly WHY ARE WE STILL ON TITLE ???
Bank of America Customer Service, Bankruptcy, Retention, and Foreclosure Departments all have NO IDEA why.
County Assesor says we can't file anything taking us off title. This has to be initiated by B of A (who are clueless regarding this matter).
Nobody will give us answers and we are being prevented from buying a home.
