Hot Arc Inc. Complaint

Just received a very offical looking letter from Compliance Services wanting a $125.00 to write our annual minutes as required by law. Only thing is, we sold our company almost three years ago. It wasn't until I really read the letter, that I saw the form wasn't approved or endorsed by any govt. agency. Also no phone number listed anywhere on the letter or form only an e-mail address. I was born, just not yesterday.
