Pat the Plumber Complaint

This company sold and installed a solar hot water heater in our home, with a written guarantee which stated that, if within one year we were not completely satisfied with it, they would remove the solar system, and replace it with a conventional water heater, and refund us the difference. However, they refused to honor their guarantee.
