Have applied and got approval from State of New Jersey for solar project, acquired loan and all required paper work is approved. Atlantic electric will not allow us to do an inter connect in our township, they said the grid is full will no longer accept any solar hook ups. Have written to all our senators and assembly persons including petition at state BPU. If grid is full then there should be a halt on new home construction also! the grid works both ways. Senator Jeff Van Drew has written to president of Atlantic Electric in our behalf no response. Have a lot of money invested and can not get any help or answers to problem. We can't hook up yet the third largest solar farm in United states is being built 15 miles down the road and they can hook up. We need your help to get answers. The State and Federal government are pushing solar but the Utilities are not allowing us to get a hook up.
