The toll free # to order is 1-800-865-4290. No person to talk to just push buttons.

I ordered this Nov. 25, 2008 for Christmas. No response.

The toll free number to call is 1-800-566-2888 for questions about the shipment. It is always busy or if the music comes on they hang up and then the busy signal.

This must be a scam please remove these adds from all TV channels.

Why anyone would shell out that money for what is nothing more than a robe put on backwards is beyond me. Wish I had been the dude who accidentally dressed wrong and thought 'Hey, I could make money off this...' People, go buy a robe that's 3 sizes too large and you'll have a Snuggie, without all the headache.
