We recently purchased 2 Proactiv 3-Step solution kit, and it wasn't working well. After deciding not to purchase anymore products, I checked my bank statement to discover that Proactiv had charged me for a new order that I haven't ordered. When I called to ask why they did that, they just told me that a new shipment coming. I asked why I was charged for something I did not order, especially since I specifically told the company that the purchase I made was to be a one-time purchase, without any following orders or shipments.
They told me that it was company policy, and they never notified me of this until I asked about it.
Be careful, the products are hyped up, and the company is sneaky about it's business.
