On July 3rd of 2010 I had to call a snapper dealer to pick up my Zero Turn mower that was stuck in my back yard - the wheels quit freely operating. They dragged it out and took it to the shop. Didn't find anything so I brought it home. Mowing round July 31,and the blade just randomly quit cutting. Took mower back to shop and they said they repaired a wire harness that had a defect from the factory. Picked up my mower and got home and it would not move from trailer. Wheels locked up. Returned same afternoon to dealer. They couldn't fix problem so they had the Snapper representative involved. Snapper Rep was going to bring it to my home on Aug 31 (after all their researching) and mower locked up on Reps trailer. Said was sending a part to dealer and it would be fine. Sept 22 checked on status and found out no part was sent. Left message for Rep to call me. Ken called Sept 23rd (by mistake-though he was calling someone else). Said he thought part was sent - he would call dealer. Short time later on Sept 23rd I get a message from the dealer to take my mower to "whatever dealer I purchased it from - it's their problem". I think it is Snappers problem. They have told me (both the representative and the dealer it is a defect) Why the run around??
