My name is Charles Justice I live at at 126 revere AV, Cincinnati Ohio 45233 I'm writting in a complaint of a slumlord named matt which is the landlord of the apartment that I live in with my disabled grandmother that can't get up and move around and also is on a breathing machine I take care of her and also my 10 year old nephew. just recently about 2 days ago a pipe line busted in the up stairs apartment which had the apartment condemned. the building inspectors gave us 3 days to pack our stuff and move which we have no money to do so and the so called landlord named matt tried to tell us to pack up the days that it happened because he's upset his building was condemned by the building inspectors which the landlord knows we have a disabled woman in the building and also another family that lives right next door that has children too and we are all being put on the street like it's nothing just like its going to be all okay the man is not willing to work with us at all to find another apartment or anything our rent is paid off in full gas and electricity is paid in full but we are to just move without receiving any pay back for what's left in our rent and deposit. I just feel that this man needs to be exposed as the true slumlord that he is.
