Biotab Nutriceuticals Inc. Complaint

I ordered Alteril Jan 10 2009. I took the product several nights and no sleep. I have called the number on invoice and to no avail no is there to take my call, I have emailed several sights not sure which one is right no success, I keep putting reject on the item and sending back. I am getting frustrated with this and would like help if possible. Thank you Barbara
