I was trying to find a natural sleeping aid for my mother, and came across the product Alteril, so I went on the internet and had them send me a 7 day free trial for $.97. So my mother and I tried it for 3 days and wasn't doing anything, so I called the company and didn't get a live person, the recording said to send a fax to service tab.com, said there was no web sight by that name. So I tried to call all the numbers that they had given and never was able to talk to a live person, I called about 25 times at different times and they said on a recording that nobody was here to take your call. I tried to cancel on the 3rd day by fax, and noticed that they had charged my credit card for 36.90 for the next month already before the trial date was over, and they have charged my credit card again for 36.90 and have a dispute with my credit card company.
