I live in Phoenix, AZ, I am a single mother with a 5 and 7 year old. I paid cash, $5000, for custom cabinets for my house and they were delayed for over 6 weeks for basically poor excuses of which I have complete email or text message documentation. They finally were delivered Tuesday and they are very, very poorly made, in fact they are falling apart, cracked, made with different types of wood, etc, etc. I am still in possession of the cabinets and it is readily visible to anyone how bad the work is. A cabinet installer said he has never seen such poor work and would not install them and would give a written opinion of how poorly they were made. The problem is I bought them through a cabinet broker who lives in Falgstaff, AZ(Green Cabinets Direct LLC)and they had them made by a cabinet manufacturer in Houston, TX (Greenwood Cabinetry). The broker will not return my calls now and in my last conversation with her, she said she was done with me and that she would not refund my money or do anything else to resolve this situation. Her website is completely misleading, scammed, and I feel like others need to be warned about her fraudulent business practices. My whole house has been torn apart, no kitchen or living room, and all my other work has been on hold waiting for the cabinets to come to put flooring, sinks, refrigerators, etc in. My children and I have had to eat else where since July, waiting for the cabinets to come. and the financial hardship of this has put me in a terrible position. I need help!!
