Unemployment stopped my benefits March 15,2011. I filed an appeal and they ruled in my favor now its May 10,2011 and they still have paid me my back pay they say I owe them money and they haven't updated the information about my appeal. It's been three weeks since my appeal my rent is late and my two kids and I are about to be homeless. Unemployment is sayiong they don't know how long this could take! Its not fair there still sending me letters saying I owe them thousands. Can somebody help me get my story heard its been months and still no justice. I was a full time student at a local college now there sayin that they want to stop my benefits becasue school is interfering with me looking for a full time job. How can they stop benefits again when I haven't received the old payments. School doesn't interfere with a a full time job plenty of moms do it!!!
