Simoniz Fix It Rip Off Shipping - Fix It Scratch Remover

I ordered simoniz fix it off TV . For 19.95 It comes with a hand held sweeper 12.95 Shipping . They said on TV if you order now, you would get a second one free when the order came the bill was 75.70 The shipping was more then, the products we called the post office it cost 8.95 To ship back, how do you get help on over charging for shipping my refund will only be 34.90

My wife was scammed by Simoniz Fix It over the telephone, after entering credit card number, she was unable to opt out of the purchase, the order entry keep offering other services and would not let her abort the process. The shipping/handling was more than double the product(FixIT car-scratch removal system). We were credited with the products after shipping it back and for the express delivery (which took a month and a half),
we were also told we could not talk to a supervisor. What can we do? We are still out there exorbitant s/h and 11.39 to ship it back.

I got what I ordered, but it does not work as advertised. Once the scratch cover dries, the scratch comes back big as life. And the buffer is a tiny underpowered, foam rubber thing that hardly does anything.

hi, did you resolve this problem? I have almost the same problem except they added 4 more order when I told them one only??
