Silver Store In The Westfield Parkway Pl Complaint

I purchased $1500 in what was promised by the "Silver Store" located in the Westfield Parkway plaza mall El cajon was 18k gold jewelry. After complete payment I had it tested by a professional who stated that the gold was indeed 100% fake. After learning of this I tried to return the jewelry but was denied by the "Silver Store" owner. Please help in uncovering this fraudulent business before other consumers get hurt like myself and my family.
