My story is about aarons rent to own, I got a sectional sofa from them which broke in the two center pieces. They sent a servisce person over to repair it, that was a joke ! I also got a coffee table and two end tables from them that are falling apart ... I have a TV and surround sound with a blu-ray player that is breaking too. I recently gave them one one more try and got a washer and dryer combo, that did not work properly at all I called them to fix it and the so called manager came himself to look at it and said it was broke. They took it from me, sent it off to be fixed and that repairmen said nothing was wrong with it after a month of having it. Needless to say the reason I am telling my story is aaron rent to own will call and harass you every single day for a payment. If you call them to tell them that you are coming in to make a payment they will still call you five hundred times a day, there is no communication between the employees at all. They take their time when something breaks or you need something repaired, but they will drive you insane with the phone calls when a payment is due. The manager will lie, I sent my boyfriend to make a payment for me and he told him that I owed two, my boyfriend did not know so he payed him but that was not true. They charge you ten times what the item is worth and their products are junk. The situation I was in put me in a position that I used them but never again I would rather go without ! Please if you are reading this stay away from aarons rent to own their products are junk, the employees and manager are horrible. I have never in my life have had to deal with such a terrible place .
