Shisters - Steam Cleaning Floor Sanitizer

I ordered the floor cleaning product by 'phone and my credit card info taken. I was told it would ship via Fed Express within 1 business day (order placed 11/22/08). After waiting until 11/26, I went to their web site and find it is back ordered! Why didn't the customer service representative tell me that at the time of ordering? I attempted to call today, 11/28, and was told the office was closed. I think this may be a "shoe-string" operation that won't be in business too long at this rate.

I had a similar thing happen to me. I ordered item on 12/14/08. Express shipping. Credit Card charged immediately. Received a confirmation order that even stated order would arrive in 5-7 days a 25 dollar value free...note I paid 19.99 for shipping. Today is 12/28/08. No item. I could get no one to answer at the phone number on the web site. I finally found a number on my charge bill that someone answered. This person was polite but said she was not the dept I ordered from. She requested to know how I placed my order, order number and so forth. She then said she would send a message and someone would get back. Still waiting to hear back. I have since e-mailed directly three times my self no answer.

I would not do business with the company...Shoe-string or possible scam operation.

Today I finally called three numbers. The first the number that the merchant put on the am x bill. The person said she was in the warehouse and tech support and could not help.

I was then told to call 18007019090. Guess what an ordering dept. She said orders ship in 2-3 weeks. I said when I ordered I paid 19.99 for 5-7 days express shipping. She said yours will be faster then. I said wrong it never came and it has been double plus that. Every day the order is either packed and ready to ship and then after a day or two is ready to pick again. Same thing happened again this week. This person could not cancel order or help she said. Not her dept. She said call 2627962005 and if they did not help request a manager. I called and was told it take 10 days to get delivery and it would go out federal express. I said well just cancel this order you have not met your end of the deal by many days She said no cannot do that. She then said it is on a truck anyway ready to go out. I said well get it off. I said your tracking says it is now just ready to pick which was updated today.

Cleary extremely poor customer service and a company that tells customers anything. Sorry I got mixed up with them.
