Sheriff's Department and Police Department Complaint

Inproper Investigation

An investigation took place back in the begining of August 2007.On a Fraud case, on July 20th the Police department had copied 2 discs of video tape. As days passed the Sheriff's department said that they had only 2 kroger tapes.
A woman was noticed on the tape and no action was taken. The 2 discs of information was copied at the sunoc gas station in Eaton,Ohio. The sheriff's department said there were no more tapes of evidence other than just the 2 kroger tapes. The sheriff's Department tried to pin the investigation on the person who was being frauded. Detective Kevin Kaplinger and Deputy Paul Ploger gave a voice stress test and tried to say that it was the person who's checks belonged to was the one who did it. A day later an unknown source gave information to Detective Kevin Kaplinger that Brian Grubb was the one who was staying at the Econo Lodge which was the place that the check was written. An APB was set out for Brian Grubb. The 2 discs from the sunoco gas station in Eaton,ohio had information That Brian Grubb was the one who wrote the checks and now hes's sitting in Jail waiting to be processed to prison for Meth and has no charges put against him.
