I hired Mr Darryl Givens to repair my car 3/10 and he was supposed to put in a rebuild motor his asking price was 800 dollars 500 was going toward the purchase of the motor the rest for labor. Mr Givens said it would take a week at he most He then started lying and not returning calls and then eventually changing his number, Each time we went and looked at the car it was still pieces, Mr. Givens became missing in action along with my 500.00 I sued Mr Givens and won by default cause he refused to come to court. I since have learned he has a long record for car theft and he has a long theft record of cars. He since has done this to another young lady. Arlington Police Dept just says it is a civil matter and won't arrest him. I went to get my car from the lot and the car is no longer there, no one can tell me where it went or who has it. He really need to be stopped he is praying on people that can't really afford to take it to a shop. Please help I am sure more people will come forward if this airs
