ON MARCH 4, 2011 I CALLED DIRECT TV AND TALKED WITH AN REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE PURPOSES OF ORDERING/INSTALLATION OF CABLE TELEVISION AT MY RESIDENCE. AFTER GIVEN MY INFORMATION TO THE REPRESENTATIVE WHICH INCLUDED SSN#. DEBIT CARD NUMBER AND CREDIT CHECK A WORKER WAS SENT OUT TO INSTALL THE CABLE SERVICE ON MARCH 9, 2011. PRIOR TO THE WORKER COMING OUT TO MY RESIDENCE THE REPRESENTATIVE SPOKE OF MY AREA BEING IN THE HIGH RANGE FOR RECIEVING GOOD SIGNAL ACCORDING TO DIRECT TV STATISTICS. WHEN THE WORKER BEGAN ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL THE SATELLITE HE WAS TELLING ME HE COULD NOT FIND A SIGNAL. LONG STORY SHORT, I CANCELLED THE SERVICES AND OPTED FOR A RETURN OF MY MONEY TO BE PUT BACK ON MY DEBIT CARD $221.81. THE REP SAID THAT I WOULD RECIEVE THAT IN 3-5 DAYS AFTER THE CANCELLATION, SINCE THEN I'VE CALLED AND BEEN GIVN THE RUNAROUND.
