Home Depot And Met Life. Complaint

I have been with home depot for 12years. I pay short term and long term disiability full premium. but because I have worked long enough to get social security as a senior I am penilized. totally unfair all other associates get 60 perecent. But my short term is dependant on my social security. they make a deduction even though seniors premiums are more. there are many seniors who are in the sameboat. please help us thank you. Carl
