I had a security system in my house for 6 years with no trouble. A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN came to my door and started asking me about the security system I had in my home, which was ADT. I never had any problem with this system. He told me I would get a much more efficient service thru their company. I would have a Key Pad I could use in my bedroom if I needed help for any reason. The system worked for about a week and a half. I can not use the system since. I go to activate it, when I go out or when I go to bed, it tells me, All my doors are open and they are not, THEY ARE ALL LOCKED. I called them and they brought my account up on their computer and said something was wrong and they would have someone check the system. They also told me they check my account weekly to be sure everything is working correctly. If they did this they would have know something was not right. I have been 18 days without a security system and no one has helped.
