A-Appliance Xperts,Inc Complaint

Called above company out told 70.00 service call and if they repair that would be waived and charged parts and labor. Was told I need a motor coupler and the bill would be 240. I was shocked and he said he could lower to 220.00 I said go ahead and was told the part was over 100.00 He was there approx 15min. He went to van to get part which I never saw and I never saw old part. Looked up part on line and it cost 17.00. I tried calling 4x now and can't get past dispatcher. I'm told Frankie is not in and he will call me. No one calls. I don't mind being fair but do not appreciate being taken advantage of. Can you help me ? Tony Argier 815-666-3006
