Apartment Complex Complaint

My story is to help an elderly friend in our church. She lives in an apartment complex which houses many senior citizens and handicapped people. Many have been injuried by faulty sidewalks including my friend. She has written & submitted letters and doctors visits to management and others including insurance companies.
