I bought a mattress from this company in 2004. The first mattress sagged beyond standards within six months. It took three phone calls, a lot of time in between and a $35 delivery fee to get the mattress inspected and finally replaced. The second mattress also sagged beyond limits within the first six months. Another couple of phone calls to the salesman (with a month waiting period in between)
I finally got the mattress inspected. The mattress is confirmed beyond limits. In the meantime, I purchased another mattress (from a different company) as I could not sleep on this mattress anymore. It was uncomfortable and I woke up stiff each morning. I would have gladly upgraded to a better quality mattress with Senate, however, the customer service was so bad I did not want to give them any more of my money.

The mattress from Senate has been leaning up against my bedroom wall for four months. The manager of Senate yells at me on the phone and says best he can do for me is replace the mattress and charge me another $35 delivery fee or I can "take it to the dump" and kiss my $600 goodbye. I think in lieu of the bad service and inconvenience, I should get some kind of refund.
