Hi, I am hoping that anyone can help me with this stressful matter. It all started on Aug.2008 when my dream was to purchase a condo at Sedwick Ave. Bronx N. Y. I gave a 30,000.00 contract payment to my lawyer and the money went to Jacksond Development. Due to an increase of a 10% more from the bank I was not able to get the loan unless I applied for FHS. I did. Months later, I found out that thet condo needed to be FHA approval. After weeks of agony calls to the Bank Of America demanding a closing date, the bank gave me a dissaproved loan letter.
Since December, my lawyer has sent numerous letters asking for the 30,000.00 contract downpayment, but they have not returned my money.
At this point, with economy so bad I am concerned formyf something is not done fast I willloos my money. I am asking for your help perhaps there is more peolple involved.
