April 2,2008 my mothers washer caught on fire,today is April 21 the day her new replacement washer was to be delivered. We have made several calls talked to12 people had to,explain the whole ordeal to each person and they aLL PROMISED the new washer on Monday, I had to call them ,the are now trying to give us a rental.If they were going to do that they should have done it in the first place they claimed they called her Thursday and left a message. That,s a lie cause my mother was watching the Pope say mass,whiched helped to ease her chest pains caused by this ordeal,and her phone didn,t ring or show up on the caller ID.For three weeks we,ve been going back and forth with this company and they,re doing nothing but jerking us around. I got so upset with them I told them that I was contacting 7 onyour side and see if you put them through the ringer like you,ve done my moither and I,and I then hung up.I told thwm my mother is a heart patient and she is scheduled to have her apartment inspected on the 22 of April THey assured us they would all the washer parts out ofthe living room kitchen and lan roomprior to inspection. It,s April 21 and the still haven,t even arranged shipment!
