Sears Front Load Washer Warranty not validated - Washing Machine Front Loader

Eight months ago I purchased a Front Load Washer from Sears and with the purchase I bought 6 year Warranty which cost over $500 dollars in addition and spent almost $2000 dollars. The washer stopped working and a F11 error code showed up, I called Sears and they told me many things to try to fix the washer, finally I convinced them to come out for repair which would be in a week, when they finally came the technician said he doubted if he had the part on his truck, they knew that when they made the appointment that the part had to be ordered because the part is the Mother Board and costs over $600.00 and the tech said her would order it, it was not ordered until the following week and said he would be back in a week, the week has gone by and they didn't show up today, 5/25/08 even though it was on the computer as being scheduled. He didn't return when he was supposed to because he never ordered the part which finally showed up yesterday. Now sears says that we will be scheduled to return in a week to a week in a hlf, we have tried to contact a supervisor but keep getting a run around, I have taken off of work 3 days to be here when they come and am using my vacation time, Is there anything you can do to help, my wife is handicaped and I am running to the Laundromat.
