I live in area that requires a sump pump to supply my home with water usage. I have a Service agreement with Sears Repair which claims they can service anyones appliances etc and they sold me extended warranty for all of my appliances and pump. Everytime I have problems with water pump I don't have water to toilets, showers, and fire protection. IT causes health issues, and hszards if there were to be a fire, they have let me wait for months with out water or service, Last service took 5 weeks the tech called me on the phone and asked questions and said he was ordering parts I said don't you want to come out and diagonoise it properly and he said don't worry I will have enough parts to fix anything call us when you get all 6 parts a week later I get parts mailed to home I call back in for service they said it will be two weeks before they can come out! No sence of urgency at all, I ask to speak to manager they keep saying they will have some one call me in 48 hours and no phone call finally I ask for tech to call me which ordered parts her retired the day he called me no wonder he didn't come out he was cutting his cake! I can't seem to get thru the 1 800 number to get ahold of anyone that has any authority to do anything. when they finally came out to service the pump they didn't leave survey slip which they normally do, wonder why??? Now 4 months later here we go again, I have called in weds and they said they will call me back in 48 hours its sat no phone call I have called twice a day for an answer and no one can give me a date or a reason why they can't come out. I have asked if I repair it myself can I get reimbursed they said it would void my warranty and they would cancel me, just what they want after they have my money. I would love for you to cover this you would have plenty of time since it take so long, meanwhile my family has to almost move out of home to survive using my neighbors bathroom and showers. This is not right. I'm sure I'm not the only customer this has happen too. I'm willing to go thru this with you maybe it will embarrasse them to fix this. My main conern is fire and health. Please helpme expose them
