Sears Complaint

Went to Sears Bristol Hardware to buy Potassium Chloride for Softner. Sign says $19.99 Sodium Free but on skid Bag is different was Potassium Enriched %)% salt 50% potassium.. I complain to sales Associate she balmes Corporate. Manager walks buy to assure me just new bag same product. I buy one bag to research, upc 04148238140 Product # 38140 North American, Later on internet had 50/50 mix described.

Called Wallingford store, asked for Potassium Chloride, Asked Sales Associate to check skid, not sign. She said on skid was potassium enriched..

Called 800-549-4505 they only log complaints, no followthrough..

Please stop sears from bait switch/ selling 50/50 mix as sodium free.
