On 2/12/06 I purchased a hot water heater from Sears.
heater $229.99, Installation $209.99, permit $25.00.
Totaling $464..98.(paid)
A Mr. Jose came to my house to install the
heater.
Before he left he presented me with a form to sign. He
said the form acknowledged that he had completed the work
and assured him of being paid.
After he left I got my glasses and read the form.The form
was an Authorization for Change of Specifications. I did not authorize any change in specifications. I was being
billed for an additional $88.00. There were no change in
specifications. Sears continues to bill me for the $88.00.
