I walkled into Sears of Francis Scott Key mall in Frederick Maryland and purchased a gas range with my check card. I was told that the item coming to my home would be a brand new out of the box range. Sears uses an outside contractor to install their merchandise. Sears neglected to inform me that although they were charging me extra for installation there would be additional cost to come. Ok so about 6 days later the range was delivered (keep in mind that they tell you to expect someone between the hours of 8 am - 5pm of which they show up at 4:45pm). They install the range and then tell me that there is a defective burner and I must contact Sears. So I did. Everyday thereafter.
Every time I call and go through at least 7 CSR's I either get hung up on or placed on hold for up to 45 mins. I am frustrated to say the least.
