landlord never can give tennants straight answer when ask about any repairs...exterminating..building has never been exterminated....has 4 doors to come in and out of that are never locked...anyone off the streets just walk in all times of the night..when it's cold come in off the st. to get out of the cold...no one knows them...security purpose..need codes or locks so tennants have access only....blg. built 1930 never redone wiring or any changes...only heat in bldg are electric heaters in all rooms...also hazardous...hire their own electrical people to come cut wires from light pole to bldg. to keep bldg. from burning down...never return any deposits, as they say when you rent they would but when time comes they keep it no explanations...there reply when asked is"we have good lawyers....(paying them under the table..code enforcements. LIARS, the mager stole thousands of dollars from rent money when they were told by a tennant and showed how his receips had been altered...they installed cameras and drop boxes to protect their rent...but still no sign of exterminators...which is cheaper...you can't beat them there to pick up money on fri. sat 1st and 3rd of the month, but ask for some repairs, you're brushed off. they think tennants are crazy because if anyone tries to tell on them they threaten them with being put out....the mgrs. huband just got out of the penitary, but they want to do background checks, who knows anything about him...she met him on line....fed up refuse to take anything lying down again from the money hungry family...summer time water in faucets was rust....no vent hood over kitchen stove...if someone could come out and get around the people they're paying they would be in total code violation..............
