It has been over four years since I have been ripped off by this home improvement company. May of 2005 I found Benchcraft Builders of Burlington County on the web. They came to my home and gave me an estimate. I gave them $1,350.00 which was 10% of the total cost. After waiting a year I realized Benchcraft had no plans of honoring their commitment to me. But they took my money and cashed my check!!!! I attempted to contact them via certified mail, to no avail. I contacted the General Attorneys Office of New Jersey and the Better Business Bureau... to no avail. The Superior Court and Small Claims Court of Burlington County awarded me the judgment. I even have gone through the procedure for motion to enforce litigant's rights....to no avail!!!! Now four years later, my roof is leaking terribly, I need that money back so I can have some much needed repairs for my home. Can anyone out there help me? Please. Respectfully, Screwed But Not Kissed.
