I am writing this because I just got scammed for $550.00 by some woman named Kay at Seattle car rentals (16256 Military rd South # 208 Sea Tac WA 98188, Phone 206-962 7714).I had a rental all set up with Hertz at the airport, but because I am under 25 and didn't have a credit card, they sent me here. It was my only choice, and I had no idea! The Spanish lady seemed nice, very helpful at the time of my rental. However I signed some paperwork and it never laid out a specific daily fee. I asked her and she told me for 7 days it would be right around $350. I brought the car back, in perfect condition with a full tank, right on time. My debit card was charged twice for an amount of $550.61 When I called to clarify the matter, she kept avoiding my questions and sent me to another number, the "billing department", which of course, when I called was an answering machine, Please Help to investigate
