I bought a service policy for a couple of my appliances to be covered for repair through GE Corporation. The plan is called Service Protection Plus out of South Dakota. I was scammed. I paid over $400 for the plan and after a year of never using it I had a problem with one of my appliances and called for service. The horror story began in November 2009. They don't answer their phones, or emails or reply to certified mail. I am at my wits end. I am out the money and have not had my washer repaired. In checking Rip Off Reports online I find I am not alone. The journey and details of my journey with this company is long and frustrating. If you can help me please let me know I will send all pertinent documents and the timeline from them sending out service men that actually told me they did not know how to fix it to the corporate office of GE that said your call will be answered in approximatly 3 minutes and then leave you on the line and never answer.
