Com, I've been calling verizon for three months now. They say the fcc allows other company's to add charges they have no control over this, I have verizon freedom plain and internet that is $114.00 A month they keep adding on the other charges now my bill is$260.15 Last time I called I ask for a credit on my bill no satisfaction the run around, I pay what I owe $114.00 I feel like they owe me money, they did say would put a block on my bill so no one could add any more charges but it would take 2 billing cycles for it to take effect so they can get me for 2 more months. They should have took action the first time I called,
