Scam to the public - soap package was promise

To whom it may concern,
I purchase a water system for my home through Mid-Atlantic Hydrology out of Ashland office. Months has pass that I have talk to them dozens of times and they have been putting me off. So today 10/19/2009 I decide to drive to the office where they are located and the office was closed for good. The Phone was on auto service and no one to talk too. So I talk to the head company Ionico out of Livermore, CA. and their respones was to call the reginal manager on the east coast. All I want is what owe to me and my family!
Also I went online and found that the company has gotten many other good people in the area that bad business and not business like this need to stop right now. I will go to a higher level on this matter to the FBI.

My wife was an employee at this office. Her last paycheck bounced and they closed shop. We are still trying to find a way to get the money they owe her.

I used to work for Mid-Atlantic Hydrology The owners were the the BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST out there.
I want to apologize to any customer that did not get what they were promised like soap packs, rebate checks, deferments and gift cards. The company has shut down but reopened under a new name. The company is now called AQUA SOLUTIONS 804-897-9470 address 454 Southlake Blvd Richmond Va 23236. I wish this company would stay out of business for unethical, unmoral, dishonest. I would also like to say I am sorry for all the employees that did not get there pay I mean THOUSANDS of dollars did not get payed to the employees. We bought the system back in April. We were supposed to get these "fantastic coupon" deals, which was a lie, and the soap product. Both of which were supposed to make the product pay for itself. I tried to contact the company today, and found out they no longer exist. I would love to know who to contact to complain or report this. Our sales person was Robert L Jacobs, but he didn't give a personal number

Same story here. Have been waiting for months on the soap that was promised. Also when we bought the system we knew we would be moving. The salesman (Jim) assured us the company would move our system to our new house at no cost. Not sure what we are going to do about this now.
