IM CARLOS DIAZ AND I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT ON MEL S HARRIS AND ASSOCIATES THEY ARE THREATING TO GRANISh MY PAY FOR A OLD DEBT OVER 7 YEARS Ago I never recived any court notices to appear for a fair hearing and they are not even licensed to collect debt in nyc by the department of consumer affairs I really need help to finally put a end to these scam artist taking money from innocent hard working people.
