Brighthouse Complaint

Got this in the mail from Brighthouse. Followed instructions and nothing. Called tech support and they said
was a misprint and if I wanted to upgrade it would be an extra $55 a month. This is not right. I tried to include a copy of mail but it won't let me paste.
