The Satellite TV companies continually use a Roof Mount to install the dish when they know it causes leaks. They have other mounts but don't want to use them because of cost. They do not have authorization to use a roof mount but the installion contractors ignore this and use them anyway because I believe they are paid by the number of installs done. After putting a new roof on a building I own in Garden Grove, California Direct TV, without permission nailed a dish to the roof causing $300.00 in damage. I submitted a claim which I was told would be honored however it has been ignored. I have e-mailed the Vice President of the company and made numerous telephone calls to the claims office and after several months nothing has been done. It is interesting that there is no way to contact this company's headquarters by telephone. Considering I have their service at my home you would think they would care.
