We bought a samsung two years ago and a couple weeks ago dots on the screen, so I went on line and put dots on a samsung t. V. And boom so many people with same problem so I read moer and got a number to call samsung service dept. Well they were very nice and said it would be taken care of no charge so I set up appointment for them to come out to fix it on 4-12-2011 the guy that came out put in a new chip, then the worst happen he looks at me and told me the chip he put in was a bad one and we have lines now, but that is not the worst part after he told me that he said he could not come back until 4-13-2011 I told him I wanted to know if he could come back now he said no so I called the service dept. And they said he had a certain time to fix others t. V. So I had to wait another day if I miss hiom then it will be 4-18-2011 I ask them did they think it was fair since I change my thearpy app. To Friday so I would be home for him to fix the t. V. They said they could do nothing then after 15 min. To my surprise the sound stop so I call them back told them he had done something now my sound is not working at all we only had problems with spots not sound they said they would have to see if the chip he put in would do that now he is the only one that touched the t. V. They have not called me back to tell me what they are going to do about this I feel everyone should should know about samsung the service and products I want them to fix my t. V. And the sound now that was working fine until he worked on it a lot of people have bought these t. V. S and have the samre problems money is to tight for people to go thru this and we all work hard for our money all you here on t. V. Help the enacomy how can you when you buy junk and they do not care. It makes you not want to buy anything that is made from other countries maybe if we make them here it might be better for all. All I am saying they know the problem and yet they have parts that are no good and when they come to fix your t. V. They bring one part how dumb can that be bring two plus when you know parts are a problem never will we buuy another samsung product after this even if it gets fixed. They lie and seem to make more problems on your t. V. To charge you some how beware beware people .
